News Ultimate You to Start February 10 at The W Posted 5 February 2010 Ultimate You, a 12-week program focused on nutrition and weight control plus personal training, will begin Feb. 10 at the Wartburg-Waverly Sports & Wellness Center (The W). The program is open to men and women and offers two plans. A nutrition/weight control plan will meet from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays at a cost of $190 for the 12-week session. Participants will determine goals for weight control and discuss meal planning, healthy recipes, consumer product information and nutritionally sound ways of eating out. The second plan includes the Wednesday nutrition/weight control sessions plus personal fitness training from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday and/or Thursday. This option costs $290. Instructors are Dawn Wiegmann RN, director of wellness and health promotion at The W, and Nikki Hudnutt LWMC, fitness director at The W.
